This more D... A... voice A.I. Not 5, 000 volts it is standard 120 volt power with a GFI Outlet being part is the "Heat Taoe" to stop the pipe from freezing. Also the power is turned OFF when the "Heat Tape" is being wrapped onto the pipe.
