If something can't sell, it's the price. They aren't worth what they're asking. Anything that had its values inflated by cheap financing is facing huge pressures as this carries on. That includes real estate.

What’s with all the “Mitsubishi just makes rebadged Nissan…” bullshit? Only the Outlander is based on the Nissan platform, and even then, it’s an alliance platform that Renault shares too. Why does Mitsubishi get infamous for that? It’s not even a rebadge. That’s not fair. Also, the Eclipse Cross, Mirage, Mirage G4, and Outlander Sport are all 100% Mitsubishi developed models.

And one more thing. Mitsubishi is much bigger than the rogue, it has it's own engine and it's own all wheel drive system which is much better than the Nissan's

The Lancer Evolution was the only car people care about from Mitsubishi, but when it dropped that plus naming an SUV an Eclipse Cross, which the Eclipses were Mitsubishi's ace, people who are familiar with the brand and loyal to it, had decided to abandon it. I'm surprised Mitsubishi hasn't folded from the US market yet to be honest.

Mitsubishi needs to bring back the Montero. Perhaps a body on frame vehicle but not necessarily, could be unibody. With a NA 6 cylinder, 6 or 8 speed automatic with a manual option, 3 rows of seats that you can actually use the 3rd row, 5k lbs. tow rating, price it at $30k-$35k, equip it well, do a huge marketing campaign, go test the truck in central America, once they start to sell and sell well raise the MSRP slowly.

I am on the market for a for a new SUV & Mitsubishi Outlander is my #1 choice, But Dealerships prefer keeping them collecting dust instead of lowering the prices. Last week I thought I was driving away with a 2022 model that had $4k dealership discount on line but when I went in person & tried to make a purchase, the out the door price was almost $40k with Add Ons that I don't want & not including finance charges. So yes dealerships don't care about not selling cars because they have some 2022 models & still wanting to sell for higher price.

Wife had a 2000 Mitsu montero sport not a single issue. I had a 2005 Evo MR, and a 2010 Evo X. All great badass cars! Never should have sold them! Unfortunately Mitsu discontinued their performance cars.

Ive owned 3 mirage G4s. I love them. Im not into the fancy show off cars. Im all about practicallity. A car of the year, that i have gotten up to 50mpg without it being a hybrid??? Im sold. And for 18k? Its nothing spectacular in the inside but literally all i need is reliability to get to work, fuel efficiency so i dont just work for gas and android auto, for audio entertainment. Now with gas prices, I spend about 30 a week on gas.

Mitsubishi suffers from something worse than bad consumer perception. They have no consumer perception. I'd guess if you asked 100 random people to name 3 car brands nobody would name Mitsubishi.

I have owned many Mitsubishis over time, currently own a 2006 Lancer and 2011 Evo X, to be honest Mitsubishi cars are very reliable and all great cars I’m thinking on getting a new Mitsubishi over my old Lancer in the future I think Mitsu needs to invest a little more on advertising but they are doing a lot better than 10 years ago so things are working. Hope to see more performance cars in the future Mitsus All- wheel drive is awesome! S-AWC ( Super All wheel Control)

I've been seriously considering buying a new Outlander Sport ES. I like that it's an older model. I live everything about the level of technology. I just wish it was a little bit more comfortable to drive. Especially the leg room.

Mitsubishi was a little more wiser by using the PR25DD (2.5L DOHC GDI engine) in the Outlander, because the Nissan 1.5L & 2.0L DOHC Variable Compression Turbo engine are being investigated by NHTSA because they are failing because of defects on the Variable Compresion Link system. Maybe later down the road when the unit is more reliable maybe Mitsubishi could put it in the Outlander. Also i'm seeing that Nissan launches a new vehicle and after a year Mitsubishi launches their version. It happened with the Rogue and a year later we got the New Outlander. Nissan hasn't launched something new. Maybe when they launch the new Nissan Kicks, Mitsubishi could get a new Outlander Sport which i would like to call it Outlander ASX (because there is nothing sport on that vehicle). A good oportunity for Mitsubishi is to use the Pathfinder and redesigned like they did with the Outlander and name it Endeavot. I don't see Nissan helping 100% Mitsubishi. They are too slow to react, even with the help of Nissan. Good video!

Our sales are greater than ever with the Outlander! But yes they need more options!

I love my Mirage! I wish they carry on.

So you are saying that you prefer a 3 cylinder turbo charged than a 4 cylinder natural aspirated engine?
I don't. The turbo is gonna brake, and the engine won't last.

I have a 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport SE and love it.

I would love it if Mitsubishi came back with a bigger SUV (like the old Montero or Endeavor). It really is a shame that Mitsubishi is such a shell of its former self. I had a 2002 Lancer and it was the best car I had. I bought it used in 2003 with 25, 000 miles (it was a rental car) and I put 225, 000 miles on it myself before trading it in, in 2013. It moved with me from Ohio, to New Hampshire, back to Ohio, and then to Missouri.

No
There are many Outlander on the road, where have you been?

I'd rather have an Outlander than a Rogue. Because of the engine.
