Three Ways To Make Your VA Disability Claim Appeal Move Faster – VA Service-Connected Disability Attorney John V. Tucker explains

Listen as John V. Tucker describes how you can speed up you VA disability claim.

If you have an open VA disability claim, then you may be wondering how you can make your claim move faster. There are a few steps you can take. Let's take a look.

The second thing that you need to do is obtain copies of your medical records. You want to get records from your private doctors, VA hospital doctors, and Veterans Health Administration doctors. Don't assume that the VA will have done that for you. You can access your records electronically by visiting MyHealtheVet.

If you can get all three of these things, then you'll be on your way to a faster VA claim. An attorney can get those records for you, but if you start the process before you call me, we will have a head start. It will take about 8 to 10 months to receive these documents – especially your C File, so you need to start the process as soon as possible. It will be very hard for anyone to give you a legal opinion on your case without them. Watch the video to learn more.
