I wonder why an augment that takes up a mod slot and basically serves as a glorified vacuum needed a LOS restriction ☠️

Yeah, it was greedy pull mag, usually mesa (when her 4 was a full 360 autoaim) to kill, and a frost if it was a higher level mission to keep a bubble up.
I remember playing as mag while the window was offscreen (only had a single monitor), just pressing 1 every second or two to keep pulling loot and energy orbs for mesa.
I get why they nerfed it, but maybe they hit it too hard.

If anything, they should convert it into an extra loot mod like pilfering swarm or strangledome. Line of sight check or not(since when do magnets irl need line of sight to work lmao), it would make it marginally better than the glorified loot vacuum it is now.

Considering the LoS checks now if love if this was turned into a lot mod especially considering the name "greedy pull" maybe let it pull items from far away plus enemies hit by pull have a chance to pull loot from a live enemy I guess similar to prowls pickpocket.
