Gorse cordial is a deliciously sweet wildflower treat that can be made all year round from the beautiful yellow edible flowers of the gorse Bush. The flavour of gorse cordial changes throughout the year with the changing seasons making it fun to try again & again. In the heat of the summer gorse has a strong sweet coconut flavour while in the cold of winter a more light floral flavour. The flowers of the gorse contain protein, calcium & sodium.
