Sure, because in the visit, the key element of the agreement signed between Putin & Kim is - Russia & North Korea shall support & defend each other to the last soldier, if either party is attacked by a 3rd foreign party. An attack on Russia is an attack on North Korea, or vice-versa.
So that North Korea may soon send weapons, ammunitions, troops, etc to Ukraine to support Russia? 😊
