Nissan Vehicles – Reset automatic feature for window

Demonstrating how to reset the automatic feature on the windows for a Nissan. Window controls. These are instructions on how to control the windows. Window operation is essential for opening and closing the windows whether it before talking out other window as in going to a drive-through restaurant or pick up. Opening and closing the windows is also called rolling up and down the windows. Older model cars had a mechanism where you would turn a arm clockwise or counterclockwise to open and close window. This was called rolling up and down the windows, allowing fresh air in or out of the vehicle. When someone approaches your vehicle to speak to you you need to be able to roll down your window and talk to them so these instructions that I get to you and the video will allow you to know how to roll down the windows or roll up the windows. Bro, if there was a medal for service to frustrated Nissan owners you would have it. I have two Nissan vehicles, one a 2013 Qashqai - Rogue for you Americans - and a 2014 NV-200 van. Both developed this issue. I took my Qashai to the main service agent and it worked for a few days and stopped. Again I asked and it worked again for a week and happened again. My NV-200 also developed this same problem after it had a flat battery and replacement. I didn't associate the two and thought it was an electronic brain or door switch problem that could be expensive to fix. I have a disability and use hand controlled vehicles. I use one hand for accelerator and brake, the other for steering and on my van which doesn't have cruise control, it's not always possible to have time to wind up my windows when using the brake or accelerator. I am away from home so can't wait until I am back to try this on my van!

I am so glad I found your video! My passenger side window would not roll up and I was trying to avoid having to bring it to dealership/mechanic for fear of how much they would charge me. I tried this on the day I was going to take it and thank goodness it worked!!! I will refrain from using that window for now but at least I can drive it again. Thank you thank you thank you!

Successful on my 2019 Nissan Kicks. I had taken it to the dealership for a separate repair, and got it back with this automatic feature suddenly not working. Nice to find that it was so easy to fix. Thank you brotha man!

Worked a treat, why can't Nissan tell you this over the phone? Nissan wanted to charge £169 for a diagnostic check here in the UK and that was before repairing the problem. Many thanks and please keep the video's coming.
