That high speed vibration is from the driveshaft.

Our w124 200d goes +-170-180. I didn't believe it myself until I drove behind it.

I have the same Mercedes with the same om605 engine. My top speed is the same. Its converted from 300i petrol to diesel. I don't make the conversion I bought the car like that.

you can go 190 kmh and faster....but you need to drive down the hill 😂😂 and of course it's not good for the Engine/Transmission and the Differential ... at all
