The company are experts at false advertising but someone is buying this stuff. My opinion? Don’t waste your money.

You forgot the important steps of cutting before you put the chia seeds on and then using the off brand Photoshop version of the blur tool on the area when you wipe it off.

Basically it helps to reduce irritation and pain of eczema and acne and to me it really helps and then you do not feel the pain and itching at all and it makes the skin really soft and prevents us from getting on the skin and then that way it basically heals faster and also cleanses the skin really well
