At the end I filmed how the calibration is done on the scope, I calibrated 1 megaohm there, the input of the scope is exactly 1 megaohm, it is clear that the first attempt had poor contact, and after calibration the tweezers showed 1.06 megaohm... When I tried to calibrate again, the contact was already better, which is actually visible on the oscillogram, and it showed 1.01 megaohm.... That is, this calibration really works!!!
And the most important It is calibrated at all voltages and frequencies, which is what I wanted to show.
