Xpeng $1.8 Billion, Didi's IPO, ChargePoint Dilution and Heart Inflammation (SEE PINNED COMMENT!)

In today's stock market news we talk about Xpeng's Hong Kong listing, Didi's IPO, ChargePoint's share dilution and mRNA vaccine's heart inflammation. No sub yet? No prob:

Today's stock market news:
XPEV stock
Xpeng likely has raised 1.8 billion dollars in its Hong Kong listing.
The listing is a hedge against the risk of being delisted from American exchanges.
Xpeng tries to break even by late 2023 or early 2024 but revenue is increasing a lot.

DIDI stock
Ride-hailing company Didi has priced its IPO at 14 dollars per share.
This means the valuation would exceed 67 billion dollars.
Didi has 377 million annual active users in China.

CHPT stock
ChargePoint is releasing 9 million additional earn-out shares.
This is because the stock has traded above 30 dollars for a certain period.
The dilution seems to be only 3% though based on 306 million outstanding shares.

MRNA stock
And cases of heart inflammation linked to the mRNA vaccines resurface.
23 healthy young males out of 436,000 military members complained of chest pain.
That does mean the heart inflammation is still rare.
