Most owner operators that I’ve spoken to don’t know what business credit is, scorp benefits, payroll equipment leasing. Nothing! Their to busy trying to keep every dime and invest nothing. Sole proprietor is the worst in my opinion. Writing that check 1/4 month or yearly is stupid. One emergency and it’s gone. Now the dreaded call to your parents. The IRS.
