Bodybuilding is really cool. Powerlifting is cool too. I love the mental grind powerlifting taught me. I love even more how bodybuilding training makes me feel

I can totally agree with justinio here XD. Bodybuilding training is pretty much the icing on the cake for exercise. And I'd pretty much rather feel good working out and have a trash physique than to feel extremely stressed and anxious when working out, but have a good physique.୧(^ 〰 ^)୨

Just because you love ping pong doesn’t mean you should be ready to compete on the Olympic stage. Hobbies and interests are specific to an individual so don’t be pressured to do anything that you don’t want to do.

An older guy at the gym asked me if I was competing in a show since from his perspective I looked pretty conditioned and I told him "nah I can't find any local shows " but in all honesty genuine natural bodybuilders look so flat and malnourished at their extremely low bodyfat percentages that I couldn't be bothered to show up in that condition, feeling like absolute garbage.

You're right bro and I think bodybuilding is the most unhealthiest sport too if your competing in high level

For some reason people think you need to compete if you like to bodybuild, powerlift or even weightlift. There are countless other activities people do "casually" or amaturely if you will simple because you enjoy it.

I completely agree with you and I wanted to ask if you would ever consider it later on in your life? I vaguely remember in past videos you talking about understanding the use of gear once you hit your physical peak later on in your life. So I was wondering if you would consider using and competing once you hit that stage.

What’s up Justin! Would you have any recommendation for home gym powerlifting equipment (e.g Flat benches, Squat racks, barbells, or whatever stuff you personally use)? I’m trying to get an affordable setup right now and I know there are good videos out there about home gyms but your input would be really valuable! Thanks!

Hey Justout, I am curious about your experience or opinion on cardio. Have you ever tried or considered running in marathons? If so, how would you manage training for running and body building at the same time. I seem to be trying to both of these things but I don't know if I am doing a good job because in hindsight both of them seem mutually exclusive considering how recovery dependent they are.

Barbell French press vs cables single arm “French press” what do you prefer.

I find that any over the head Tricep weighted movement gets my shoulder irritated. Anyone know or experiences the same?

Hey justeena, I have a very fast metabolism so I struggle to gain weight, I’ve been stuck at 49kg at 14 and I go to the gym. Any tips for gaining some weight??? Also keep up the great content.

If I am 165lbs, what would be a reasonable weight to get a belt for deadlifting? Currently I do around 50kg without a belt.
