19:12 Muktinath Temple is dedicated to Lord Vishnu or Avalokiteshwara, not Shivji, ..However apart from Pashupatinath Temple there's another important Shiva shrine in Kathmandu valley, Doleshwar Mahadev Temple..The temple which lies in Bhakyapur is said to hold the head part of Lord Shiva's manifestation as the bull (the body/hump part is worshipped in Kedarnath Temple, India)
