Ukrainians flee Kharkiv as Russia advances | Frontline Dispatch

After two years on the frontline of Ukraine's war, residents of the Russian border town of Vovchansk have a generous definition of what counts as peace and quiet.

Cross-border skirmishes have been part of life here ever since the invasion started - so much so that most townsfolk barely flinch at the sound of artillery salvoes.

Since Friday, though, what is normally shrugged off as background noise has become a deafening thunder, as Russian forces launch a renewed ground offensive into Ukraine's north-east.

The Reason why Russia calls this so called, "war" a 'Special Military Operation' is because the war has been going on since 2014, The Minsk Agreements were not a peace treaty. Russia has clearly expressed within the Minsk Agreements that Ukraine Joining NATO, was a Red Line.

This Special Military Operation is, Infact, A Special Military Operation. Not a war. It is a continuation of the same war in 2014 and there has been no peace treaty signed. The Minsk Agreements were not a peace treaty as
1. Nobody won or lost the war
2. Russia did not gain Crimea
3. Russia did not gain any land.

The Minsk Agreements was an agreement to keep world peace and security, and Ukraine violated that by wanting arms from NATO, wanting helmets from NATO, wanting Money from NATO to attack Russia and reoccupy the lands. Both Nations violated World Peace, although one nation, Russia was actually willing to keep peace as they were doing, for 7 whole years. From 2014-2022, there were no Russian Offensives besides the ones to defend the Donetsk People's Republic and the Luhansk People's Republic, along with the self proclaimed annexation of Crimea by False Elections.

Both nations violated peace, Ukraine should receive no aid from NATO or UN, as to do so.
Ukraine should receive no aid, and should be able to manufacture military equipment by themselves, they've been given Billions of Dollars worth of Aid but cannot build Factories to save their lives? Oh, right, all of those billions of dollars are just the WORTH of Weapons given and not actual money because we don't want to give actual money to Ukraine, that'd take out money from the West's pockets.

It's utter ignorance to say "Putin shouldnt call this a Special Military Operation" when it clearly is.
