In solo mode I still record the grit total as abit of an extra scoring mechanism. Then on multiple plays I still have a way of beating an already previously won scenario by also playing against my previous score.

Hmm. Of course only hanging around for the goal is boring, but i think, like Mage Knight, you can hunt for a personal high score of grid

Is it just me or does both the rule book, and this playthrough, gloss over the setup step for the Upgrade Deck. I guess I just shuffle it up and put it.... hmm .. I mean the board is huge, there must be a place for it? Nope, I guess I just put it some where on the table. What happened here? This comic is fabulous, been a fan since the beginning. And I really like Brass Empire, also by Mike Gnade. But I am not getting a good vibe here. About to play - sure hope I did not waste a LOT of money on a deluxe dud.

Is it worth it for solo play? Seems like you're not using the full game in solo mode....

I LOVE Maximum Apocalypse but am glad I skipped this KS. Even during the campaign, these issues were brought up and appear to have gone unaddressed.

What a shame, the artwork is well done and very thematic, but the tack on comp/ solo is such a shame. Miss for me I'm afraid. 😞

Good playthroug, at the beginning I was starting to like the game, until your turns got repetitive and with "I dont need that because it is not for solo"... I will check the review to hear your comments.
