I know this video is not new, but I was just thinking yesterday that there’s got to be a better way to go backwards than pulling the needle out and painstakingly picking up the stitches again. Lo and behold this video popped up, thank you!

You are the best teacher for knitting on YouTube! You don’t just skip ahead to the part where the mistake is obvious or whatever there are million videos that all look the same but you will show that extra bit of information that we need

Omg thankss so much. I let all my erros in the project because I didn’t know how to undo it and was so afraid to try and lose them all 🥲🥲

You can also do the same technique a few rows down. You have to be able to identify the anatomy of the knit stitch and the edge stitches can be hard to identify.

Hi all hopefully someone can help me...i have knitted a shawl in continental style..but both edges of the shawl are folded up..and it looks much smaller (narrower) than it is. Any idea how to make it flat??

I have been doing this wrong the whole time! I literally facepalmed when I saw this. I feel like it’s one of those “duh” things everyone should know just from sheer common sense.
