My VAVA dash cam stopped working properly after the last update, I’ve tried contacting the company but no humans seem to be working there. I know the company is active so attempt to help me with my problem! Your update messed up your own product and you don’t seem to care I will be doing everything in my power to get in contact with a real person, until then I’m putting this everywhere VAVA so people are aware of the shady ness and stays far away from any of your faulty products

Thanks, Alex. I bought 2 cameras and the power bank. I've been reading comments on the FB page as well. I'd like to install the 2nd camera on the back window facing backwards. I have an older vehicle with the cigarette lighter in the front dashboard. Can you do a video on mounting Vava on the rear window? Or give me directions on how to power it? Use the included lighter plug to power the front one and the charged power bank for the back one? Your help is appreciated.

My camera doesn’t record anything anymore and I don’t know why. I can’t seem to find any of the files at all. This defeats the purpose of even having it. I can’t find travel logs, loops, nothing. Also, where is the reset button to reset the WiFi password? My husband set it up and doesn’t know what he set the password to. The website shows a diagram with a lot of numbers pointing to random parts with no explanation to what any of the points are. I thought it was the small spot located next to the flashing blue dot but it doesn’t matter how much pressure I use or how long I hold, it doesn’t reset.
