Since dogtown is an escape and hiding for mercs, we probably might find more lore about Morgan black hand and his whereabouts since he’s mentioned in the game that he’s alive but no one knows where he’s at

I gotta say the side quests here are pretty brutal. There was some dark shit in the main game but dogtown’s on another level.
