Making Saber androgynous (Sex unknown in data book, but implied from the story to be male with feminine appearance) actually makes a lot of sense for anyone familiar with his legends. One of Saber's legends had him crossdressing in order to kill a chieftan, so this feminine appearance ties in well with that.

The sheer number of genderswaps in Fate make me wonder why it isn't the rule instead of the outlier that women go to war as soldiers instead of men. I mean, women should be the more physically developed gender considering the incredible volume of them being warriors. Men should be the ones happily serving breakfast in bed and taking care of the kids.

The fate series has gotten progressively gayer and gayer. I thought astolfo was the only one but here they are, releasing gender neutral characters cuz apparently, appealing to a minority than making a female character appeal to the majority straight men is more profitable
