Giselle is actually rather intelligent. Her educational level at the international school in Japan clearly shows when she speaks. Not only is her vocabulary in English very different than other idols who grew up in English speaking countries, there is a methodical nature to her thought process that I'm glad I got to see. 16:14 because of a little mistake in a dance practice, Giselle was criticized, bullied and people were trying to nitpick every little mistake she made. Instead of making excuses for her shortcomings, she chose to work hard to improve herself, she said "no excuses. i'll work hard" and now her hardwork is paying off. Giselle even used her day off to practice, and she’s a amazing dancer now, if “hard work pays off" was a person it would be GISELLE!!
