GREAT JOB MAYOR GARCETTI! When you compared San Francisco & Los Angeles during the Spanish FLU it is a great example of why not to open things up early thinking it is better for the economy. Not to mention death. I hope you use this story often as it takes time to get through to people. The more foundation you give the better. Please tell us what Shaun Penn is up to with his CORE group and testing. What Shaun is doing sounds like a template than can be perfected and duplicated across the state and the country.
