Thank you so much for the beautiful tutorials. We moved for the first time in 35 years and I wanted to have an open house for our first Christmas in our military retirement community in Florida. I did your glam tree and glam front door swag. My husband said he never saw a more beautiful front door and tree. Thank you.
My favorite memory was in 1954 when my father took me to the VFW where Santa came and had a gift for each child. When he called my name, I went up to the stage and accepted my present. I was given a cross necklace with rhinestone baguettes. I will never forget how excited I was at 7 years old when I received the most beautiful and meaningful gift I had ever received. I am now 74 and everytime I see a necklace like that it takes me to that moment in time.

My favorite memory of Christmas is when my father said I was old enough to into the woods by myself and cut down a Christmas tree with an axe. I drug the tree home and was so proud and happy until I put it in the tree stand. It was a Charlie Brown tree. My tears flowed freely. My Father said bring the tree out to the garage. He cut branches from the back of the tree, drilled holes in the front of the tree and stuck the cut branch in the drilled holes. It was the most beautiful tree I have ever seen. I lost my Father 7 months ago. He was 87 and always told us that he had done everything he wanted to do in life. Blessed Christmas everyone.

Your tree is beautiful! I love glam decorating especially at Christmas. My favourite Christmas was when I was a little girl I wanted a walking doll from Santa. My mom could not afford it so she ordered from Sears catalogue a much cheaper doll . When the package came they had substituted the order with the walking doll because they were sold out of the smaller doll. I was the happiest little girl on Christmas morning.

My Christmas memory growing up was when our family Christmas Eve would not use electricity and only candles, lights on the tree and in the manger, then Mom could use the stove, and the stereo with Christmas records playing. We would start this at sunset until we came back from the candle light service at midnight. It was magic. Thank you.

Ramon, I really wish that could show you how my trees are coming out. I would’ve never attempted to do my own trees if it wasn’t for you. Every time I get a compliment about my first tree that is already up, I tell people to check out your Chanel. Another beautiful tree. Love the glam. My memory is going to my grandmother's home, and all the smells of Christmas cookies and cooking. My daughter's favorite memory is when the tree fell on me one year. All she, her siblings and father saw was my feet and arms waving in the air! This was a real tree and I was pushing it back when it fell. She wrote a story for one of her classes about her favorite Christmas memory ( which was of the tree falling on me). She received an A for her story. I've never lived it down. TFS. I hope you have a wonderful weekend!

My most memorable Christmas was the first Xmas my husband and celebrated up in our vacation cabin right after we bought it. We did not have a Christmas tree so I used an old ladder I found in the garage and added a few ornaments I was able to bring, got some lights from the local hardware store and that was our tree. It was truly making use of what we had.

My favorite childhood memories are the floor to ceiling cedar trees from our shelterbelt. My aunt had bubble lights and they fascinated me! Imagine my surprise when my mom told me our trees were nothing more than 1 branch of our cedars and no more than 5' tall ( I was barely 3 when I remember these so they were gorgeous!). My cousins found 1 remaining bubble light and gifted it to me a few years ago. It has an honored place in my 72 now and those ornaments are now considered antique!

I already commented on how gorgeous but didn't share a favorite memory. There were 5kids in our family so not a lot of money. But I was coveting this black faux fur coat with white collar and cuffs and the last package for me my mom handed me the box and to my amazement she got me the coat. I burst into tears I was so happy.

You asked about our favorite Christmas memory. In 2010 we got a white Christmas. It snowed all day long. My daughter, her husband, their two children, and my other two grandchildren (whom I adopted) were all her. The men went out to play in the snow with the kids after we opened gifts. My daughter and I cooked dinner. When it was ready, we packed up the food and the kids, sleds, and all went down to my dads. It was his last Christmas, I will never forget he smile on his face enjoying the Children and our meal together.

I loved the gorgeous glam tree. The ribbons were so beautiful. I think your choice in the garlands you finished the tree with we’re perfect. Great job as usual Ramon.
