To those who aren't getting this to work, it's pretty simple and straight forward. Watch the whole video and listen to truly understand what he's saying with each bit of code. He does an excellent job explaining it and making it light with heavy function. Simple is the best start! Also, don't forget to add the character controller to your object in the scene. Click your object, select add component in the inspector, and search for character controller.


Awesome job with the video man. I like randomly watching videos like these even if it's something I already know or can achieve. I like seeing how other people do things and what they do. You nailed your explanations better than any other tutorial series I've seen so far keeping it straight to the point, simple and full of knowledge. ++

For those who can't make it work, check at 1:55, there is a component called Character Controller. You need to add it
