Excellent presentation. Good index at the top. The only improvement I can imagine might have been a couple of content/background pointers as click-through URL's in the caption above.

Actually, I lied. That's not my only improvement... This is still fairly heavy on the usual How Wonderful Microsoft Is To You Poor Mortals stuff. Look, folks, we're only here because we're already using Windows. Let it rest, OOK?

Hey that's great. How about making it possible for me to decide *exactly* when to install updates. None of the "active hours" nonsense.

That would be *co*-operating with the user, not forcing your will upon them.
