I've heard that kind of Flowey voice a bit too much already.

I like that Frisk voice. Toph's voice works the best.

I like how Kris gets the recognizable annoying voice.

I always pictured him to sound like Fused Zamasu since he’s an all-powerful being and such.

And the voice echoing would amplify that notion.
