Thank you Devika Madam, I am suffering from High BP after covid positive in exactly one year from today. Doctor proscribed bp tablet and I am regularly taking it. I am working on morning exercises regular to reduce risk. I am definitely interested in applying anulo vilom in morning and probably meditation also. thank you for your wishes and blessings.

Reduce salt in cooking avoid fried item walking every day morning and evening be calm have a small nap when ever you get time be relaxed don't stress unnecessary ily

Change salt : use tata salt light, (muktavati patanjli half tablet )
Keep a machine
Sound Sleep
Do pranayama before sleep .
Patanjali ashwagandha boost immunity system
Don't take stress
Taking light diet

When you have BP, you can't sleep. Sleeping is an effect of good health and one can't sleep as an act to sustain good health. Don't buy bp monitor at home and keep monitoring. This will further increase your BP. In case of abnormal or discomfort symptom, just visit clinic and take 10 mins rest by watching your breathe and tell your nurse to take bp reading on left hand (not right hand) . If high, don't worry, just relax the whole day and take next day. If still high, relax for one more day and take reading early morning (after wake up). If still high, start walking exercise for 2 weeks (daily 1 hour) and dont add extra salt and dont use pickle. After 2 weeks of this practice, take reading early morning after break fast. If still high, doctor will prescribe and follow that. Continue walking and less salt and zero pickle life. Over a period of time bp will come back normal, worst case, bp will be steady with this dose itself. Good luck

Dr.Devika, you suggested Tata Salt Lite which has 15 per cent less Sodium..But now Tata has launched Tata Super Lite which is 30 per cent less Sodium.I suggest you and your subscribers should use Tata Super Lite..
