Before you get rid of your plants, try covering the soil with the fish tank rocks, it doesn't give them the moisture they need to thrive, plus you can buy the colors to match your decor. That worked for me.

Hi Ryan, try using 1 half of dish liquid in a small bowl, with two tablespoons of Apple Cider vinegar mix with water, then place it neat the plants. See if that help with the nats

So sorry Ryan - I know it's not easy! I'm glad you didn't quit. Sometimes you need to just take a moment to reaccess..
As far as the gnats, that can be a result of overwatering. Stick your finger in the soil before you water to make sure the soil is dry...In fall & winter, you may not need to water as much.. You can use a soap and water solution or grab some need oil off Amazon and it will take care of the gnats. Just make sure you follow the directions so you don't hurt your plant babies...Worst case you may have to repot them and start with fresh soil...Enjoy your weekend 😘
