Bill Shorten to argue that sealed section of robodebt report should be unsealed

Speaking at the National Press Club, the minister for the NDIS Bill Shorten says he will argue that the sealed section of the robodebt royal commission report should be unsealed but he hasn't 'won that argument yet'.

'I don't have the power, so anyway I will try and use whatever powers of persuasion [I have],' Shorten said. Shorten has previously said the sealed section could not remain sealed forever
