EPIC BODYCAM: Man Blows 0's And Owns Officer Who Was CONVINCED The Man Was Impaired

This man blew 0’s but was still arrested. After passing a drug test, the man OWNED the officer who was convinced he was impaired.

I'm a retired police officer. This kid exhibited zero signs of intoxication. That officer is what is wrong with so many of them. Cannot and will not say he was wrong. Even at the end he stated he based his decision on the field sobriety tests. Pathetic..
