Literally Dan’s stunt double broke his neck and is a paraplegic as a result of one of the stunts they filmed in this series. The amount of work experience in the deep end of some of the craziest acting environments that Dan and others got over the course of these films is insane. Like he does many of the less deadly stunts himself, and its not like he’s Tom Holland with a background as a dancer/athlete coming at Spider-man and then like the Uncharted movie and stuff; Dan grew up on set so he learnt all this on the roll and had a crazy resume even before he finished those films. 😂it’s actually a fairly short list of people who have filmed entire scenes actually underwater, because yeah—you manage like <10 sec of footage per day, it’s expensive as hell

Seems like when an actor is a kid they're like "fck it, they'll be fine" but once they turn 18 they're like "wait... we need a stunt man for everything now"

Hats off this man he did so much crazy stuff during these movies i think had he been an adult at the time he wouldnt have done it, kids have an lessor sense of fear than adults, but i think its only when you learn that Daniel's stunt double ended up paralysed during filming one particular stunt do you get a real sense of just how dangerous A LOT of this stuff was.
