Something is inspiring not because of its technique on the surface, but because of its heartfelt inner meaning, and Kogan achieves that outcome along with his uncontested virtuosity

Après avoir beaucoup critiqué kogan pour son Brahms avec Monteux, je ne peux que dire du bien de ce beau concerto de Mozart, kogan était aussi un grand interprète du 3em concerto, le grand classicisme au meilleur sens du terme !! Bravo .

That is a beautiful second movement - similar in sentiment to the slow movements in the duo concertante, the 20th piano concerto, and the 23rd piano concerto - very poignant. That false ending at 26:50 is rather nice too. It's another display of Mozart's great harmonic imagination.
