When preforming, I like to picture that I'm in a huge open field. That's probably the best way to become calm while preforming. Practicing once in a meadow helps with imagining that.

Superb performance, intonation perfect, lovely phrasing, and played with joy. This is as it should be done. Brought back many find memories of my youth, playing this and also K216, the Strasburg. Bravo, young lady!

The perfect way to play Mozart! Great violinist! Sounds a bit like Grumiaux, who was THE Mozart interpreter :)

Totally appreciate this contribution! I am learning this piece for the fall semester and you are a perfect model. :D If you happen to have the other two movements to this piece I would love to see them to reference from!

Fine playing, especially at a young age. Sometimes phrasing seems too influenced by bow change in some of the more lyric sections. Recorded piano (which does occasionally seem quite aggressive) is too loud (with an "oopsy" [E for D, left hand] toward the beginning). One thing about this recording, I'm guessing: it does allow me to get a pretty good idea of Simone's actual sound although it also seemingly gives me a pretty good idea of what the piano may sound like if were I very close to it :)
