An argument I heard that makes a lot of sense... if somebody is convicted for terrorism, wouldn't it make more sense to let them keep their citizenship, lock them up in a Canadian jail and keep a close eye on them? The alternative is making them some other country's problem where they're more free to plot another act of terrorism.

I think each speaker should be allowed to speak without interference like ignorant Trudeau kept cutting Harper off.. They should be allowed 3min. I think Trudeau inherited his mothers bipolar mental illness he has to rant and rage and not let anyone speak. Where's your sidekick Rene Levesque.

Its not like Harper meant bad.. Trudeau might have a ton of energy now like Harper did, until he realizes what having so much power actually means, then he'll also develop grey hair and stress lines in 4+ years, someone "better" we be elected, rinse and repeat

Honestly this reminds me a lot of the death penalty debate. A lot of people wouldn't object to the death penalty if the courts were 100% right with their guilty verdicts. By the same token, a lot of people might not object to revoking citizenship if they trusted that the label "terrorist" would be applied properly 100% of the time.
