I fish for saugeye, walleye, and hybrid stripers alot here in Oklahoma and I'm in perspective mode most of the time. Just a quick glance and I know which direction and how far to cast. If I even get it in the general area, I get bit most of the time. Love perspective mode.

Great point - especially for those of us that limited time on water. I would love to c u actually applying this tip on water. One question I would like for u to maybe cover n a future video would be hoe to most quickly scan a dock or even maybe laydown. What is deciding factor as to whether using side-scan versus standard forward facing versus perspective. I hear different opinions about which to use and when. Hopefully question makes sense.

love perspective mode to locate fish in shallow water. Caught so many whitebass and walleye using perspective mode but with my new lvs34 I still have to dial it in.

Great advice. I'm trying to use it more, but really have issues deciphering what I'm seeing. I fish one lake which is about 3500 acres of grass, any tips for using it there?

On another note. Has anybody else's black box pulled a small amount of current. Didn't notice until felt bad for couple weeks. Sat at home. Went to go and one battery would not charge. Combination bad battery, one bank of two bank charger going out and constant drain has cost me. It was wired directly to 24volt system. Will be putting a switch on it. As for now pulled fuse.
