I always get asked what gear I use. Since I made my last "what is in my camera bag"-video there have been some upgrades. I go through my main and backup cameras, all the lenses I use, my drone, filters, bag, extra camera, vlogging gear, tripod and accessories.

I enjoyed the video as usual Mads.
It was interesting to see what you gear you carry around with you.
I always enjoy watching your video's and seeing your image's.
Keep up the good work and catch you on the next one.

Great Video thank you. It is amazing when you actually breakdown “What’s in your Backpack”, camera equipment is only a small part of it. People carry far too much and defeat the objective, which, above all, is to enjoy yourself when out in nature and leave nature as you find it. Keep well, Stay safe and enjoy the Outdoors 👍🇬🇧

Any thoughts on the new Tamron 28-300mm f/4-7.1 as a travel (landscape) lens instead of the 28-200?

Great video as usual! I'd be interested to know how you fix the vignetting on the Tamron. I thought using the profile on Lightroom would be enough, but it seems that there is more than that. Cheers

I just got a new camera for my birthday and it was the sony A7RV along with a 24-70mm sony lens and I have been learning how to use it and I love it I have always been into photography as a kid and utilized cameras that you couldnt change the lens on normally so watching your videos which I just came across has been super helpful for me to learn how to get better at photography so I thank you a lot for that, I am going to take a look at your book and potentially even your lightroom course to further develop my skills.

Hi Mads, i cover the hot shoe 1:01 with an inexpensive third party hot shoe cover and had no problem in wet conditions.

Hi Mads, great video. Can you take your backpack on to a plane as carry on luggage?

You should try out the Sony 14 1.8 Gm Mads. A fantastic landscape lens.

Do you use a panorama head/attachment for the tripod?

My bag is similar to yours! 3 lenses, travel tripod, fullframe body, drone and freewell filters. What they say about great minds... it's a good setup for hiking.

How do you find the Shimoda Action x50 for air travel? Was looking at that and the 40 but couldn't get a good sense of how it fits in things like overhead bins.

For the Sony hot shoe moisture issue, try the Nikon BS-3 hot shoe cover. It is rubber and completely covers the hot shoe unlike the supplied plastic inserts usually supplied with cameras.

The other day someone said to me, "You have one of those professional white lenses on your camera." I said, "It's just a lens. The professional part is here in back of the camera. But, I'm not a professional." We're all gear heads and interested in what's in other photographers' bags. But, Mads would still make great photos regardless of what's in his bag.

The hasseblad seems nice but the lens is slow. My Nikon 14-24 is a 2.8 and it is really good on a Nikon z8

Nice video. When you fly do you have any problems with the size of the 50L Shimoda camera bag? It looks like a great bag but do the airlines ever make you check it?

Have you considered the excellent Sigma 60-600mm? I have one, and I love it

Yeah, adding a Hasselblad is an excellent way to make your bag lighter. Well, your wallet, anyway.

I do hope you made it to East Greenland. Quite different to the west.
