This does not include minimum GPA/sGPA, required GRE scores, or minimum patient care experience so please keep all those in mind when selecting programs! Have a great week and be positive! :)

I may also look for mental health and advising resources available at the school. I'm applying to medical school, but PA school is also very rigorous and it may be helpful to know what support systems the school has in place for student success :) You have really good things to consider--the MPH/PA dual degree sounds like a really cool option. I think my state's medical campus is working on making that program :)

Quick question: Since CASPA closes on Oct. 1st, is the first week of August too late to take the GRE? Thank you so much. Love the channel

Hi James, I know this is an old video so I'm really hoping you see my comment haha

I'm going to have around a 3.4 GPA by the time I'm ready to apply and I'm worried about getting in to schools. Do you know if I'll be a good candidate for most schools or which schools I should look into? I should have around 2-3k PCE and hopefully a good GRE. I'm just really stressed because most schools say their students have at least a 3.5 GPA. I want to apply to a bunch so I can get in the first year. I'm willing to go anywhere pretty much but would rather be on a coast.

You're an inspiration so I thank you for your videos

Hello! I hope u respond but I’m in a pickle (well I feel like it) I’m a neuroscience major rn. I want to be a PA. I’m deciding wether to be in the nursing program to gain experience keep my major, or switch to this medical diagnostics pre pa concentrated program !! This program is really rigorous and has all these classes I never seen in my life like virology. I just have to take the pre reqs for these 2 years to hopefully actually get into the major start of junior year. Scares me how complicated it would take to get in but helpfully I would cause not a lot of people are in this program I don’t think. This program at my schools has an articulation agreement with Arcadia university PA program which I guess means once I graduate with this I am guaranteed to go to Arcadia? If this so true I definitely really want to try to get into this program. Do u know about Arcadia? I looked it up and it seems the class of 2020 had a 98% first time PANCE pass rate!!

Hey James, How many programs did you apply to and how many were you invited to interview? Thanks!

I want to get into Cardiothoracic surgery. However, here it sounds like many programs may not offer this elective at all?....

If you could go back and do it all again, would you do a 5 year bs/ms program or would u stick with the traditional route and do undergrad then grad? I’m conflicted because I love the 5 year program I got into, but the school is local and I wanted to go away for school, while my other option is a few hours away but I would have to do undergrad then grad which I feel like isn’t for me :/
