When I play against Dva, I just force her to burn through her DM. I mean, it's got a low cd, but that cd does exist. Orisa is my go to pick against Dva, let her DM my primary and then hit her with a spear when she's open. My CD prevent her from burning me with rockets that's done deal.

What if they counter play by taking up space and getting value back meaning the only result is they r now closer to the objective. Unless you’ve got a formation where two people r holding them back it doesn’t seem that good of an idea
