Loose Lift Stack Palletizing with Articulated Arm Kuka Robot
This system handles stacks of die cut cartons and picks entire layer rows at once to ready them for palletizing. Once all of the rows are accumulated to makeup one layer, then the next layer is stacked on top of it. When this process reaches maximum height of the pallet, it is sent to a stretch wrapper for final distribution.
