For DV lottery selectees, an update regarding the AILA lawsuit, and the embassies reopening. This will affect DV2020 cases AND DV2021.

It’s so unjust mainly for DV selectees. If it’s other visas they can wait and apply after December although that will be difficult for most but atleast they can. But with DV 2020 selectees that will be it. There is one in millions chance that they will be selected again in DV 2022. So this has to be overturned.

I feel good about the reopening of the Montreal one given our local conditions but let’s see... We are at phase 2 everywhere in Canada and phase 3 in 1 province. I feel like phase 3 is coming for a bunch of provinces. Probably not QC however.

Thank u sire do u think that dv2022 will be start in next ocotber or they will stop it due to the ban immigration law.
