Tim Scott is 100% right. Yesterday's exception is today's rule. Obviously, having to step off the sidewalk, and not make eye contact is ridiculous and terrible. But I find his belief that he, an individual could bring change so his children and those of others could have a better life, highly respectable and I hope Mr. Scott keeps making public appearances.
