I lost touch with someone I loved so much during the lockdown in 2020, and I still miss them and feel like a piece of me is lost with them to this day. People say I should just move on, but I can't even though I've tried for 3 years. I still feel like my heart is being ripped open all over again when I think of them, and I think about them all the time. Everytime I hear this masterpiece of a song, I fall apart and cry. And each time I get back up and wipe away the tears, I hope it will be the last time I have to do that because of this person. But it never is. Every day is a rainy day without them.
