LTD F-200 (2001 ish) Guitar

Got this guitar recently. Mostly for nostalgia's sake. Plays and sounds great and obviously looks insane but I love it.

Josh, your guitar preference story is pretty interesting. First you played 25.5-scaled ESP guitars, Superstrats and V's.Then you started playing 24.7-scaled Gibsons and Reverends. Then you back to ESP, but started using Gibson-like models, Eclipse and Phoenix. And now you play primarily on ESP-Superstrats - M's, Horizons and your good old Michael Wilton model! What are these transitions related to?

Josh, make some playthroughs on this guitar, when you change the pickups! And why is nostalgia straight away, if you just like the guitar and feel a wish to take it into your collection! You don't need immediately look for some justifiable reasons for this. You just like it, and it brings back some memories of puberty, but that's not the reason. The reason is that you like this guitar.

When i was 19 i had a ltd f-207 and i rencnetly stumpled apon one in guitar center and it was the same colour ( dark metallic bule ) and i bought it immediately. I been playing it in c standard with a high F . And it plays amazing. The original one i had some upgraded it with the emg battary kit they sell . But id think id like two put white soap bar fishmens in it and add an extra knob for the coil spilt options they have

My friend's older brother had the silver/grey one when I was young. I wanted it so bad. He was also the first to figure out how to tune down to drop-B, so it made it that much more fun to play compared to my Squire Strat.

I started collecting LTDs because of Tom (black MH1000NT) and Luke/Jeff from PWD (MH1000NT and H1000). I just love the korean made LTDs from back then so much, I went ahead and bought everything I could find. I currently have ~20 of them and I keep looking for cockstocks and rare colors. These guitars just remind me of the golden Metalcore age of the early 2000s. So many great riffs (KSE, PWD, AILD, ATR and of course Architects) that I still remember today.

Too bad I sold the bridge and electronics from it years ago, so it's just an empty vessel now.
