Windows 11 Dev build 25300, part 2 - Hidden features and more updates

That's right, a part 2 on build 25300. Because why not?

A Microsoft Store app update has been released bringing an updated design for product cards, featured content (phased rollout), the search results and the settings. In addition, a Quick Assist app update is available bringing a consistent splash/loading screen.

Some new voice access improvements as well as hidden presence sensing privacy settings (38612934) and improved keyboard settings (34912776) can be found in this build, as well as signs of Emoji 15 support (40213648).
