The players who solved a mystery that didn't exist

In 2012, Jagex releases the Brink of Extinction quest, and with it a bookcase the players aren't able to read. When a J-Mod misunderstands and tells the players there is a way to get to it, the hunt begins. The only problem; the solution doesn't exist.

Epic thanks to co-writer CS1 and actors Riddle & Seravail, information from Amascut and reviews by SilentCookie and Gentleshen.

Holy hell this brought me back. I remember our clan chat was permanently aflame with theories and testing and wondering and more pondering for MONTHS. 10/10

I remember trying to figure this out but once I tried all the ideas I had I gave up. I figured you needed the ring of visibility but I thought you also needed the tokul ring not the ring of stone and I would have never figured out the obsidian shards.

Can we just talk about how difficult it can be on mobile to get the probably 800+ Obsidian shards required to finish this mini quest or the fact that that amount of combat alone constitutes a master nearly grandmaster quest in its own right. Damn shifting goalpost

Honestly, best video you've released so far. Please do more of these!

I have a confession to make.

I have been binge-watching your videos... for a full week. I don't know how to feel about that fact.
Specifically, the documentaries about a game that I have not touched for years. Maybe it's nostalgia, maybe it's pure curiosity, but whichever it was, it would not have been well fulfilled if the documentary was bland, or poorly weaved. These videos, all of them (yeah, binged all of the documentary ones), were anything but those; they were so good imo, that I even watched them again, and again. I'm either mad, or that I really love the way you spoke and sorted the narrative. And the self-made clips (which I'm pretty sure involved some dope volunteers) were honestly fun to watch.

I’m kinda surprised from the ending. I was excepting a total train wreck by the end lol.
