Edwards of UCONN had to miss today's game and maybe tomorrow because of an intentional foul. They need to institute a rule where the player guilty of said foul should miss the same amount of playing time the injured player had to miss. That will stop a lot of the thuggery.

Am a 29 yr fan of UConn WBB. I absolutely don't equate LSU with SoCarolina. Dawn Stanley is a fantastic coach and I'm sure there was hell to pay in the SC locker room after Sunday's game. As for LSU & their coach, that's a whole other story. It's too bad those young women have this obnoxious person as a coach.
Two other things: 1) the officiating has been awful overall which escalates the 'chippiness' and leads to fights. And 2) please stop using the term thug in its various forms.. It's a dog whistle to obscure the racism in these posts.
