Another additional step i actually suggest is turning OFF the ability search players (FC25 option).

You can create scouting instructions to try and Target what type of play are you looking for. It's been really interesting to do this because the scouts bring back players you would never think to use.

great video, but doesn't developing players to have a ++ position already do what you'd do with the transfer? I figured out the most important thing to a successfull career mode save is 1)++ player roles 2)best possible gk coaches because gk is a position in career mode sim that affects the results the most 3)good coaches overall because your players can upgrade by +6 in a season
