Judge plans to appoint special master in Trump records case

A federal judge in Florida told the Justice Department on Saturday to provide her with more specific information about the classified records removed from former President Donald Trump's Florida estate and said it was her "preliminary intent" to appoint a special master in the case.

Who is a special master more than the DOJ. I object that they couldn't find a special master unless they paid him and they agreed with them. They would want another special master and so on ad infinitum. Come on if they can't deal with the DOJ and FBI then move to Russia it's a one party system. This is ridiculous and wrong. The judge is placating these crooks or he doesn't have the courage to use the law.

The judge wants a more detailed report as to what those files contain and this special master wants to see them too. If I was DOJ I would reply ..with all due respect your honor but neither you or your special master have top level security clearance.

Judge can request that but the IC will withhold the classified material. As for items that may be under executive privilege let's see what POTUS has has to say. It'll probably just be denied though.

This judge has a conflict of interest as she was personally appointed by Trump and he ran to her to get this done and not the actual judge overseeing his case. He had to get someone to go along with this schemes. If you want go ahead and appt. someone but it should be another judge that does the appointment not one of Trumps lap dogs.
