Като гледам колко чужденци оценяват Бербатов съм горд от този наш брилянтен играч!!! Съжалявам, че в България не оценяваме такъв играч и не осъзнаваме, че поколението на Мартин, Стилян и Бербатов беше доста по-талантливо от това на Стоичков, по умно, но свариха на некадърен треньор, като Стоичков и два цикъла 2006 и 2008 останаха в миналото! Many are rushing to say Zidane. Zidane is overall the better footballer but Berbatov takes less touches to control the ball so he's obviously better.

Both are exceptional. Berbatov had the touch of a striker, while Zidane had the touch of a midfielder.

Berbatov has the calmest first touch if you're keeping the ball then he's the one.

Zidane touches are that of a dribbler both are unique

Berbs controled the ball to calm it down and think of his next move. Zidane next move was included in his first touch. Zidane can trap the ball and be stationary like berb but he was more attack minded and played deeper so he his first touch had to be followed by a quick dribble or pass

Berbatov, Zidane and Mahrez are all candidates, but just because it's obvious I can't stop mentioning how fantastic Maradona Messi and Ronaldinho's first touch was/is. My personal favorite has to be Dennis Bergkamp's though.

Zidane takes too many touches to control the ball. Barbatov takes just one touch to control the ball. I think this sums it up
