The Chiftetelli of Tsifteteli is a Greek rhythm popular all over the middle east.
The first video has the rhythm with drums, the second one only the rhythm and the 3rd and 4th have a slow-motion version if you wanna figure out the patterns with your instrument. Let us know if this is useful or not. 😁

Well, the information given is misleading. Chiftetelli (Çiftetelli) is a Turkish rhythm. Çift means double and telli means strings, because back in the days it was only played by two violin.

That is a nice groove.
If it is intended for instruction, my experience is that the clicky sticks make it harder for me to pick out the handpan rhythm. They make it sound better as a track though.
